Claibourne has been a travel agent for 5 years, booking general travel for families, couples, and groups. She has regularly traveled with her own family of 5 and brings firsthand knowledge of traveling with multiple children around the world. A few of her personal favorite destinations are Cape Town, Vancouver, Walt Disney World, the Dominican Republic, and Scotland, but she books destinations worldwide for her clients. When Claibourne travels, she loves traveling to new destinations, seeing beautiful landscapes, and staying in boutique hotels.

We had the most magical vacation, all thanks to our incredible travel agent! She helped us plan an unforgettable week that included a day at Disney’s Animal Kingdom followed by a Disney Cruise and everything was absolutely seamless. From the start, she really listened to what we wanted and took care of every detail, making the entire process stress-free. She handled all the reservations, transportation, and even shared insider tips that helped us make the most of our time both in the parks and on the ship. Animal Kingdom was an amazing experience and our family loved the safari and the day was perfectly planned. Then the transition to the cruise couldn’t have been smoother. The ship was fantastic, and every detail from dining to excursions was already taken care of, thanks to her. We truly couldn’t have done it without her. If you’re planning a Disney trip, especially a land and sea adventure, she’s the one you want guiding the way!

We had the absolute best experience working with Claibourne Jordan for our international family/daughter’s graduation trip! Despite planning later than ideal for an international adventure, she handled every detail with incredible professionalism, patience, and efficiency. Her communication was outstanding—anytime we had questions or sent an email, she responded promptly and thoroughly. Our trip included six people, spanning Marseille, France, to Naples and Palermo, Italy, with multiple modes of transportation—flights, boats, and trains. She seamlessly coordinated all our transfers and booked wonderful hotels that were clean, safe, and centrally located, making it easy for us to explore either on foot or with a short taxi or Uber ride. She also arranged our excursions and even helped with dining recommendations for special celebrations. Even during our travels, when we had a minor situation arise, she was readily available and resolved it quickly.

We cruised in February of 2025 with Virgin Voyages booked through agent Claibourne Jordan. From the start she was great to work with! She is very knowledgeable and responsive when there are questions! She truly helped to make this travel experience easy and stress free.
